ATAHOTELS eat stay love promotion

Dates/Terms/Eligibility: The ATAHOTEL “eat, stay, love” contest begins June 21, 2010 and ends December 31, 2010.

No purchase necessary, agents may enter once daily during the promotion by completing the “eat play love” game, or by sending regular mail a 3” x 5” piece of paper with name, company name, IATA number, address, city, state, zip/postal code, phone number, and email address hand-printed on it and mail to: ATAHOTELS “eat, stay, love” promotion, 14350 N. 87th Street, Suite 265, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. No mechanical reproductions allowed. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 20, 2010 and received by December 31, 2010. Mail in entries will be entered into the contest in the order in which they are received.
Qualifying hotel booking entries apply to any ATAHOTEL reservation made between June 21, 2010 and December 31, 2010. A qualified booking is defined as a consummated stay of one or more consecutive nights at the same participating ATAHOTEL property during the promotional period. Each qualified booking earns designated entries (as described below). Multiple rooms booked under the same confirmation number, when qualified, will only count as the described designated entries. All stays must be completed by March 31, 2011 to be considered a qualified booking.
The contest is open to travel agents with a valid IATA or TIDS number. Hotel bookings registered in this promotion will be verified before the prize is awarded.
How to enter: Travel agents can enter on the web site: www.ATAagent.com, “eat, stay, love” contest section (see contest enrollment forms).

Reservations made in conjunction with group bookings are excluded from this promotion.

Effective for bookings made and entered starting from June 21, 2010; the entries will be included for each booking as follows:

Reserve and register any eligible ATAHOTEL STAY 4 PAY 3 package = 4 entries per reservation towards the grand prize and first prize drawings and the first 10 agents to register a booking incentive.
Reserve and register any eligible ATAHOTEL booking = 3 entries per reservation towards the grand prize and first prize drawings and the first 10 agents to register a booking incentive.

On a daily basis, successfully complete the “eat, play, love” game = 1 entry per day towards the Grand Prize drawing on January 3, 2011 and (5) 1st prize drawings on August 13, 2010 for $100 gift cards.

Prizes:
Grand Prize: 1 selected winner is entitled to a trip for four to Italy that includes:

Two double rooms for four nights at the ATAHOTEL of your choice
Four economy class tickets from (LAX, CHI, MIA, BOS, EWR or JFK) to a destination in Italy on Alitalia.
The winners are responsible for paying all applicable mandatory taxes, air passenger duty, and passenger service charges at the time of booking and any other applicable hotel service charges

First Prize: (5) selected winners are entitled to a $100 gift card each awarded (for movie and dinner) on August 13, 2010 in celebration of the eat, pray, love movie premier.

The first 10 agents to register an ATAHOTEL booking:

Receive a copy of the book eat, pray, love

Weekly drawing: (15) winners receive a copy of the book eat, pray, love

All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize package is $4,584. A W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) will be forwarded to the Grand Prize winner for completion and a 1099 form will be prepared and forwarded to the winners at year's end. All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Random drawing: Potential winners will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries received and by all methods combined. They will be notified by e-mail and required to sign and return a W-9 form if prize is valued at over $600. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Drawing for the (5) 1st place winners will be conducted August 13, 2010 at approximately 12 p.m. MST.

Drawing for the Grand Prize will be conducted January 3, 2011 at approximately 12 p.m MST.

All drawings for this promotion will be conducted in Scottsdale, AZ by an independent marketing/judging organization whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the online entry, the entry submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered will be considered the entrant.

Conditions:

The winners are responsible for paying all applicable mandatory taxes, air passenger duty, and passenger service charges at the time of booking and any other applicable hotel service charges.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. Hotel reservation and airline flight dates and times cannot be varied once they are booked. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. ATAHOTELS reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable.
Validity dates for Grand Prize rooms at ATAHOTELS are subject to availability. Roundtrip economy class tickets to Italy on Alitalia must originate from an Alitalia gateway (EWR, JFK, BOS, LAX, MIA, ORD) using an Alitalia coded and operated flight, booked in “U” class. Grand Prize air validity dates are from January 10, 2011 through March 31, 2011.
Validity dates for room nights at the ATAHOTEL are subject to availability.
ATAHOTEL reservations and Alitalia flight bookings for economy tickets must be made at least 1 month in advance of the guest’s departure from the United States. An award letter will be presented to the winners with booking details. Outbound and return travel must be completed by April 10, 2011. This offer is subject to availability and does not represent entitlement to book rooms at a specific hotel or travel on a specific route on a specific date. Your requested rooms will be confirmed based on availability and your air seat will be booked in a specific class of service, which is a promotional booking class. All Alitalia flights and fare types applicable to this offer are capacity controlled and subject to availability at the time of booking. Prizewinner and guests must travel together on same itinerary.
Alitalia reserves the right to change its flight schedule without prior notice.
Winner and guest will be responsible for supplying valid passports. It is strongly recommended that travelers take out adequate travel insurance.
All flights are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are issued including Alitalia’s general condition of carriage for passengers and baggage (a copy of which is available upon request).
ATAHOTELS reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize promotion and without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event.
By participating in this prize promotion, you grant the promoters permission to use your name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations (except where prohibited).
Winners are liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of this promotion.

This promotion is void where prohibited.
